There were many times when Brian Christmas Property Management would inform me that rent would be late for up to two weeks. Brian Christmas Property Management allowed this to continue and never enforced any penalties for consistent late rental payments.
To this day, Brian Christmas Property Management has not provided any receipts or invoices for repairs and maintenance costs since managing my property in 2014.
In 2018 there were only 2 months when I received full rental payment from Brian Christmas Property Management. To this day, I have not received any receipts or invoices from Brian Christmas.
